Flavours that unite
Giuseppe and Elena arrived to America from Italy in the 1950s, bringing with them their traditions and love of food. In an old house in the city centre, where several families shared stories and dishes, the aromas attracted neighbours, who began to call it ‘La Bottega’, which in Italian refers to a workshop where something unique is created: a perfect blend of Italian recipes and the warmth of Argentinean life.
‘La Bottega de Giuseppe y Elena’ was not just a place to eat, but a place where food became an act of unity and celebration. That’s why Bottega is not just a restaurant; it’s a tribute to the blend of Italy and Argentina, where each dish tells a story, a journey of traditions that crossed the ocean.
